Data We Use

We may process company names, UEIs, company profile details you provide, public government records, scan results, checklist status, account email, authentication session data, billing status, and monitoring events.

Public Sources

The product uses authoritative public sources such as SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, SBA guidance, and related official government information. Public-source facts remain linked to their source and retrieval time.

Accounts And ChatGPT

If you connect ChatGPT, authorized MCP requests are mapped to the same account and tenant as the website. Disconnecting ChatGPT does not delete your web account.

Payments

Payments are handled by a payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

Retention And Deletion

Anonymous scans are short-lived. Saved company data remains while your account or company record remains active. You can request data export, delete a company, disconnect ChatGPT, or delete your account.

Independence

This product is independent and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, or the U.S. Government.
